mainly the low carb version of spirutein, bacon, eggs, mushrooms,chicken breast,spinach,avocado, atkins bars, strawberries, cream cheese, milk. and your muscles won’t grow unless you train them.. eating protein alone won’t make your muscles bigger XD

its actually not unhealthy as long as you dont let ketone levels get too high, since your body is using fat as a source of energy instead of carbs the fat content in foods wont effect your heart ect. the diet also lowers cholesterol levels… and i defintely cant go vegan >.< i LOVE meat.. all meats.. i adore it
people with epilepsy can sometimes be on keto diets for YEARS with no issues.. and there are actually a ton of health benefits that come with it too
also it must be noted KETOSIS is what EVOLVED us as human beings.. 3 million years ago there was no high carb foods.. everybody was in ketosis
